Ryan Hansen started his first technology business, Computer Reliance, while still in college — providing in-home and in-office repair for Dell, HP, and Best Buy customers. After graduating, he joined Best Buy's corporate office on the Geek Squad business team, where he helped launch Geek Squad nationally.
Life took Ryan and his family to Germany, where his wife was stationed with the U.S. Army. During that time, he shifted into a global supply management role at Terex as a senior manager, overseeing international supply chains and government regulations across large and small business operations worldwide.
When Ryan returned to the U.S., he brought that combination of deep technology experience and corporate business knowledge back to where he started — building something of his own. Kota Technology was the result: a company that understands the technology requirements of a healthcare practice from the inside out.
